The Office of Economic Development in Leipzig published an e-paper under the title "Digital. Dynamic. Successful. IT-Innovationsschmiede Leipzig" on the importance of Leipzig as a location for IT companies. On the one hand, it discusses what particularly characterizes the IT economy in the Saxon location, and on the other, leading companies in the IT industry are presented including Allegro Packets. "In recent years, Leipzig has developed into one of the most important IT locations in eastern Germany. In addition to its location, infrastructure and research landscape, it is not least the high quality of life that makes Leipzig attractive for IT specialists and thus IT companies," said Jens Heinrich, Chairman of the Board of Cluster IT Mitteldeutschland e.
