FAQ: Difference between revisions

Per default out-of-box setting (factory default), all Allegro Network Multimeter models allow up to 4 parallel captures. As of FW ≥ V3.4, the number of allowed parallel captures, can be increased up to 64, depending on model and available RAM. Note, that Increasing the number of allowed parallel captures will decrease memory capacity for the in-memory DB, therewith decrease the maximum timeframe of statistics held and presented in the web-interface. If the memory

usage is too high, the number of parallel captures might be lower/limited by the Allegro itself.

 

To change the number of allowed parallel captures, go to "Generic -> Capture traffic -> settings" or go to "Settings -> Module settings -> Caption: Capture traffic".
