If you experience a bug or problem with the Allegro Network Multimeter, please gather the following information and send it to our support:

  • your system ID
You can find this ID in the menu "Info -> System Info"
  • the file debuginfo.zip
This file contains multiple internal log files for different components to help us identify potential problems.
The file can be found in the menu "Info -> Status" at the very bottom of the page.
  • in case of a system crash, please provide the latest crash log.
