==== Why am I not seeing any statistics or graphs throughout the web-interface? ====
There are several reasons why, the Allegro Network Multimeter may not show you the traffic that you are expecting. Here we will go into each and everyone of them.
First and foremost, always start out by verifying that (the expected amount of) network traffic is actually received by the Allegro Network Multimeter. This is done via the left menu, under "Interface stats". Another more global way for checking this, is via the Top Users dashboard, where the top graph "active interface overview" should display network traffic. If this is not the case, please (re)check all of the physical connections and span, tap, or endpoint-mode configurations in relation to the measurement/monitoring setup.
In a working setup, verifiable as described above, the "active interface overview" graph on the Top Users screen should display traffic. Here are several reasons why, the Allegro Network Multimeter may still not show you the traffic that you are expecting:
* Span/Mirror misconfiguration — When hooking up span/mirror port to your Allegro, make sure that the traffic you want to see is actually incorporated in the configured span/mirror port.
* Ingress filtering — Active ingress filtering (settings > ingress filter) will prevent partial or all network traffic from being analyzed by the Allegro.
* Limited analysis — The "Detail of Traffic Analysis" (settings > global settings > middle of the page) may have been lowered. Factory default, this is set to "unlimited".
