If you experience a bug or problem with the Allegro Network Multimeter, please gather the following information and send them to our support:
- your system ID
- You can find this ID in the menu "Info -> System Info"
- the file debuginfo.zip
- This file contains a lot of internal log files for different component which helps us to identify potential problems.
- The file can be found in the menu "Info -> Status" at the very bottom of the page.
- in case of a system crash, please provide the latest crash log
- This file can be found in the menu "Info -> Status"
Put these information into an email and send it to the Allegro support.
