Welcome to Asia: Allegro Packets' First Partner Conference in Seoul
The troubleshooting and network visibility expert welcomed participants from eight countries to South Korea from September 17 to 19
With its first partner conference in the APAC region, the German company Allegro Packets organized a very special event for its resellers in Seoul from September 17 to 19.
Tailor-Made Program
The Allegro Packets Partner Conference is a training format for the company's partners that has already been tried and tested in Germany. The conference equipped them with the latest information on the Allegro Network Multimeter and provided practical sales tips. The event offered both sales and technical experts an individual, custom-tailored track with valuable information. Thanks to this well-thought-out program structure, the event catered to the different needs of the participants: While the sales track focused on sales and marketing strategies, market developments, and business opportunities, the technical part included in-depth technical sessions on product innovations and application possibilities. The tracks were specially designed to allow participants to attend events from both areas. Participants were able to get to know the company and the various product lines of the Allegro Network Multimeter in all its facets and exchange ideas with Allegro Packets experts directly on site. This offer was intensively used and turned Seoul for three days into a new meeting place for network analysis experts from all over the world.
Focus on Sales and Marketing
The Allegro Packets team had put together an exciting program for its first partner conference in Seoul and presented a broad agenda. Head of Sales Richard Besenbruch and Head of Product Management Valerio Camarda kicked things off with a keynote speech on vision, strategy, and market developments. This was followed by various event formats that provided an overview of the latest features of the Allegro Network Multimeter and product updates, as well as information on current sales and marketing strategies. In his presentation “Competitive Landscape: How We Win and Why,” Richard Besenbruch showed how the Allegro Network Multimeter convinces potential customers with a focus on exciting use cases and success stories. Participants received valuable tips and best practices for their marketing from Nina Berger, Head of Marketing and Communication. Interactive sessions for direct exchange among experts were a highlight, as Allegro Packets placed great importance on giving its resellers an active voice in the program.

Technical Deep Dives
The technical track focused on comprehensive feature demonstrations presented by Valerio Camarda and Martin Weiser, Senior Software Engineer. There were live demonstrations of key product features, hands-on sessions with new products, insights into successful real-world application scenarios, and practical insights into connecting to third-party systems such as Splunk, InfluxDB, and ElasticSearch. Open formats were also important in this track to gather structured feedback from participants directly on site and to exchange ideas. A hardware showcase was offered and, of course, an extensive block on configuration and troubleshooting. A Q&A with feedback opportunities rounded off the technical track.
Relaxed Networking Outside the Program
Of course, the Partner Conference Seoul also offered opportunities to chat with each other in a relaxed atmosphere during the breaks. In addition to a relaxed welcome dinner on the first evening, a river cruise with dinner on the evening of September 18 provided a very special atmosphere for networking.
Positive Results from the First Partner Conference
Allegro Packets' first Partner Conference in Seoul brought together sales and technical experts from various international markets and eight different countries, not only promoting intensive exchange among participants, but also providing the Allegro team from Leipzig with valuable feedback to take back to Germany. The successful event underscores the company's commitment to expanding its international presence and strengthening direct dialogue with partners. The positive response confirms the value of the event both for strengthening partner networks in the APAC region and for the overall business development of Allegro Packets.
