Allegro 510: Compact network analysis with 2.5 G

Leipzig, March 18, 2025 - Allegro Packets introduces the new Allegro 510. The new generation of the 500 series offers numerous hardware improvements, including a bigger memory and a higher analysis speed, while keeping its compact design.

With a 25 % higher average throughput and twice the memory capacity of the Allegro 500, the Allegro 510 enables even faster and more powerful data processing. With support for up to 2.5 G network speeds, the device is ideal for small to medium sized network environments.

Network analysis up to 2.5 G: The Allegro 510 has two 10 / 100 / 1000Base-T and 10 / 100 / 1000 / 2.5GBase-T capture ports each, enabling live traffic analysis at speeds of up to 2.5 Gbit/s and offering a packet capture rate of up to 4 Gbit/s.

Comprehensive insight into the network environment: The device enables analysis of the last 40,000 IP addresses and up to 2.5 million retroactive connections for in-depth troubleshooting.

Flexible and powerful storage: The 16 GB in-memory database enables fast processing of historical data. The integrated packet ring buffer is flexibly customizable and offers storage capacities between 960 GB and 15.36 TB.

Compact design: With a weight of less than 1 kg and a handy design, the Allegro 510 is a compact and reliable solution that can be easily integrated into various network environments.

For customers currently using the Allegro 500, Allegro Packets is offering a cost-effective upgrade, allowing the device to be upgraded to a 510 model.
