Team Culture at Allegro Packets: Insights into the New Year's Celebration and Annual Meeting 2026

Working at Allegro Packets means growing together, communicating openly, and taking time for each other – both in everyday work and on special occasions. Our New Year's celebration, followed by the annual meeting, once again demonstrated what makes us a team: cooperation, appreciation, and genuine solidarity.

Evening cooking event at FELIX Leipzig – collaboration you could taste

Our kitchen team spoils us with culinary delights every day at work: every lunchtime, we enjoy a freshly cooked, healthy three-course meal and get together in our company kitchen – a place to laugh, share ideas, and take a breather.
This time, however, we stepped behind the counter ourselves, venturing into the kitchen armed with wooden spoons, knives, and pasta machines.

Together with the team from FELIX Leipzig, we prepared a multi-course meal in the evening. We chopped, kneaded, seasoned, and tasted – and had a lot of fun doing it. Anne, our chef, guided us with her expertise, watching the hustle and bustle with a smile while picking up a few new ideas for our future lunch menus.

Special impressions of the evening

  • The view over Leipzig was fantastic: illuminated landmarks, a bright Ferris wheel with an ice rink, and a gentle winter backdrop enveloping the entire city.
  • Rolling sushi required real dexterity – some rolls looked like they came straight out of a picture book, while others were more like “creative interpretations.”
  • A lesson to take away: a good, sharp knife not only saves time but also nerves – especially with larger pieces of meat.

The evening's menu ranged from sushi, vegetable and beef tartare, chicken skewers, and pasta from a Parmesan wheel to creamy potato espuma, vegetable curry, and crêpe suzette. A feast for the senses – and a shared experience that brought us even closer together as a team.

Annual meeting in Leipzig-Plagwitz – review, outlook, and lots of appreciation

Over the next two days, we gathered at our office in Leipzig-Plagwitz to look back on the past year and focus on the months ahead.

Open insights from all teams

Each team presented:

  • their core tasks and priorities.
  • key changes over the past year.
  • what worked particularly well.

This provided a clear picture of how each department masters the diverse challenges of company growth. We saw the variety in tools used to streamline workflows and enjoyed entertaining presentations featuring everything from gummy bears and theatrical interludes to AI voices and the lifestyle of the chameleon. :-) This transparency highlighted how closely our departments intersect and how much we benefit from one another.

An appreciative look ahead

Our management team presented current topics, challenges, and goals with full transparency. Many colleagues found these insights valuable because they reaffirmed how every single task, every project, and every idea contributes to our collective success.

At the same time, it became clear how much heart and soul goes into Allegro Packets: into a solution that has long since made an impact far beyond Leipzig and helps people worldwide to make networks visible, understandable, and reliable. Seeing how our product continues to evolve — driven by expertise, passion, and team spirit— was a special moment for the entire team.

Our international presence, strong sales figures, and strategic growth plan highlight not only our shared trajectory as a company, but also the immense potential within our technology and our teamwork. It was a proud moment—one that energized us for everything that lies ahead.

Employee testimonials – authentic insights into our working relationships

"It's rare to find a place where network analysis and troubleshooting generate as much passion – and laughter – as they do here. It was great to celebrate our growth and look ahead together. But the real highlight was the palpable energy for the next chapters that lie ahead of us in all directions. We take our technology very seriously – but we don't take ourselves too seriously. That's the perfect mix for 2026.
– Valerio (Head of Product Management)

“Team events are a great opportunity to get to know the people behind the roles better. For the sales team, being physically in one place is especially valuable. A quick chat over a snack or a beer together creates more connection than ten video calls in a row.”
– Richard (Head of Sales)

“It's nice to see how respectfully people treat each other in their everyday work. That makes it easy to be relaxed at team events too. When we cooked together, it was exciting to see how recipes were discussed almost as passionately as architectural software decisions usually are.”
– Valentin (Software Developer)

What we take away from these days

The days surrounding our New Year's celebration and annual meeting have once again shown us what makes us special as the Allegro Packets team: genuine camaraderie, palpable energy, and a passion for working together to advance a product we are proud of. This combination of closeness, openness, and professional strength carries us into the new year – and allows us to look forward with joy to everything we will create together in 2026.
