Reporting Bugs
If you experience a bug or problem with the Allegro Network Multimeter, please gather the following information and send it to our support e-mail address or to Allegro Packets Support:
- System ID: You can find this ID in the menu Info → System Info.
- debuginfo.zip: This file contains multiple internal log files for different components to help us identify potential problems. The file can be found in the menu Info → Status in the Debug information section.
- Crash log: In case of a system crash, please provide the latest crash log. This file can be found in the menu Info → Status in the Crash Logs section.
Put this information into an e-mail and send it to Allegro Packets Support.
